Research Ireland has launched the ARC Hub for HealthTech, a €34.3m initiative aimed at accelerating the commercialisation of early-stage health technology, particularly in chronic disease management. Based in the northern and western region, the hub will provide funding, mentorship, and strategic support to turn academic research into market-ready solutions. 

This marks the third ARC Hub following therapeutics and ICT, reinforcing Ireland’s ambition to become a global leader in medtech innovation with real-world impact for patients and healthcare systems.
