Dundalk firm Dromad Hire has launched Dromad Training Academy (DTA Training), a dedicated training division offering accredited safety and skills courses for companies and individuals. The launch includes a purpose-built training facility designed for hands-on instruction and practical assessments.
The facility enhances Dromad Hire’s ability to support both individual trainees and group bookings. Complementing the launch, the academy has a standalone website, DTATraining.com, allowing customers to explore courses, submit booking enquiries, and access essential workplace safety and compliance information.
DTA Training provides a comprehensive range of courses, including IPAF Operator Training, Harness Safety, Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, Manual Handling, and more. These offerings respond to growing demand for trusted, accredited, and practical training from the team behind Dromad Hire’s established access and equipment services.
“Creating DTA Training is a natural extension of what we already do,” said Ronan Cotter, Operations Director at Dromad Hire.
He added, “Our customers rely on us for equipment, guidance, and safety. The Dromad Training Academy brings all of that together — with a dedicated facility, state-of-the-art training spaces, accredited instruction, and a new website that allows customers to easily access course information. Our goal is to help companies keep their teams safe, skilled, and compliant.”
The academy’s new website includes clear course overviews, booking forms, and direct contact options, making arranging training simpler for companies and individuals. Dromad Hire says the launch represents a key step in its commitment to supporting safer working environments across Ireland’s workplace sectors.
