Dublin-based career platform Bowsy.ie has announced a partnership with talent intelligence company Pivotal Talent to launch an AI-powered Career-Fit assessment platform for Irish school leavers, with the tool set to go live in April 2026.

The platform is designed to address the challenge facing students navigating 1,589 CAO courses and a growing range of apprenticeship pathways with limited personalised guidance.

Using artificial intelligence, behavioural science, and real-world talent data, the platform analyses individual strengths and behaviours to match students to careers and relevant education pathways where they are most likely to succeed.

The assessment is underpinned by Pivotal Talent's predictive analytics engine, built on 60 years of behavioural science research and more than six million data points linked to job performance and career success.

An interactive chatbot accompanies the assessment, allowing students to explore their results and career options in greater depth.

John Brady, CEO and Co-Founder of Bowsy.ie, said the platform addresses a gap in personalised career guidance. "Too many students are left guessing about their future," he said. "This platform gives Irish school leavers access to meaningful insights that can help them make more confident and informed choices about careers, CAO options, and apprenticeships."

Dr. Juan Swartz, Artificial Intelligence Strategist at Pivotal Talent, said the combined approach targets long-term outcomes. "By combining science and AI, we can guide students towards careers that align with their real strengths from the outset."

The initial launch targets Irish school leavers exclusively, with broader expansion planned later in 2026. Students can pre-register for free ahead of the April launch.
